Located in the established industrial estate along Genting Road, The Blue Building was researched and designed as a total business entity - to enable corporations to integrate all their functions at a single location, from management to production, from R&D to warehousing. It has 8 units of "high-tech" multi-storey terrace factories which provide a total working environment, able to accommodate various segregated functions under one roof thereby enhancing logistics and management control.

The development was completed in September 1994.
