In Singapore, Ho Bee is widely recognised as the pioneer developer of luxury homes in the exclusive residential enclave of Sentosa Cove. Ho Bee Land acquires a 181-hectare development site in Elimbah for A$318.5 million, marking its largest land bank purchase to date and further strengthening its strategic footprint in Australia.
The Group expands its London office and appoints a Chief Executive Officer for its UK operations to accelerate growth and further strengthen its investment footprint in the United Kingdom.
