Mr Roy Lim joined Ho Bee Land in December 2024 as Chief of Staff.

Mr Lim has more than 16 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Before joining Ho Bee Land, he was the Head of Investment, Asset & Development Management, Singapore & Regional (excluding China) at Perennial Holdings Private Limited. In that role, Mr Lim was responsible for the development and management of assets in Singapore and overseas markets. He also led business development and expansion into new markets.

Mr Lim holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cambridge. He is a CFA charterholder.
